Hello and welcome to the 2026 World Cup Guide Community!

We’re thrilled to have you here. Our goal is to create a fun, passionate, and respectful space for football fans from all over the world. To ensure a positive experience for everyone, we ask that you please follow these community guidelines.

1. Be Respectful

This is our most important rule. Football is a passionate sport, and debates are welcome, but they must remain civil.
  • No Personal Attacks: Do not insult, bully, or harass other members.
  • No Hate Speech: Any form of racism, sexism, homophobia, or other hate speech will not be tolerated.
  • Respect Different Opinions: Disagree with the opinion, not the person.

2. Keep Content Relevant and Organized

  • Tag Your Topics: When creating a new thread, please use the preset tags (e.g., match-analysis, tickets). This helps everyone find conversations easily.
  • Stay On-Topic: Try to keep conversations relevant to the forum and topic you are posting in.

3. Spoiler Policy

  • To respect fans who can’t watch matches live, all match spoilers (results, key moments, etc.) must use the “Spoiler” prefix in the topic title for a full 24 hours after the final whistle (FT). Threads containing spoilers in the title without the prefix may be edited or removed.

4. Buying, Selling, and Trading

  • Use the Correct Forum: All ticket-related discussions, including buying, selling, or trading, must take place only in the “Buy/Sell/Trade” forum. Posts about tickets elsewhere will be moved or deleted.
  • Trade Safely: Please read the pinned rules in the “Buy/Sell/Trade” forum regarding safe transactions. We highly recommend using a trusted escrow service. The forum and its staff are not responsible for any private transactions.

5. No Spam or Unauthorized Promotion

  • No Spam: Do not post spam, advertisements, or repetitive content.
  • No Self-Promotion: Please do not promote your own website, social media channel, or business without getting permission from a moderator first.

6. Community-Specific Guidelines

  • One Watch-Party Thread Per City: To keep things organized, please check if a watch-party thread for your city and a specific match already exists before creating a new one.
  • No Illegal Content: Do not post or request links to illegal streams or any other copyrighted material.

7. Moderator Actions

Our moderation team is here to help keep the community healthy and on track.
  • Merging & Retitling: Moderators may merge duplicate threads or retitle topics for clarity.
  • Enforcement: Violating these rules may result in a warning, content removal, or, in serious or repeated cases, a temporary or permanent ban from the community.
