My first thought is always: More football is good football! It means more countries get a chance to live the dream. I love the idea of seeing a new nation, a real underdog, finally make it to the big stage. You know, like the joke I saw on another forum: "I hear they may have to increase it to 64 countries so Republic of Ireland get a shot." It’s funny, but it shows how much everyone wants their team in!

But here is where I get worried. The old 32-team format was perfect because every single game was a fight for survival. Now, with 12 groups of four, and the best third-place teams going through, are we going to see a lot of boring matches? Will the quality go down?

I'm afraid FIFA is doing this just for the money and TV deals, not for the game itself. We might end up with a group stage that feels slow, just to get to the knockout rounds. I really hope I'm wrong, because the World Cup should be the best of the best, not just the most.

What do you all think? Is this a great move for the global game, or will it just ruin the excitement of the group stage? Will the extra teams bring more magic, or just more long flights for the players?

Hello fellow football fans,

Football tactics and player roles are constantly evolving, and one of the most fascinating transformations has been that of the striker. Gone are the days when a striker's sole job was to put the ball in the back of the net. While goal-scoring remains paramount, many modern strikers are now expected to contribute significantly to build-up play, press from the front, and even create chances for others.

What are your thoughts on this evolution? Do you prefer the classic 'fox-in-the-box' poacher, or do you appreciate the all-around game of today's versatile forwards? Who do you think best embodies the modern striker role, and which historical strikers would have thrived in today's tactical setups?

Let's discuss how this pivotal position has changed and what it means for the future of the game!

I’ve been watching a lot of Real Madrid games lately, and honestly, Jude Bellingham just keeps getting better every single match. The way he controls the tempo, scores goals, and creates chances feels unreal for someone his age.

Last season people said he was just in good form, but now it feels like he’s consistent at world-class level. The maturity, the work rate, the calmness, everything about his game screams “future legend.”

What’s crazy is that he’s doing all this in a midfield filled with stars like Modrić, Kroos, and Valverde, and still stands out every week.

As a football fan, I genuinely wonder is Bellingham already the best midfielder in the world right now, or are we just caught up in his hype because of his age and goals?

Would love to hear what everyone thinks, who’s currently better in your opinion: Rodri, De Bruyne, Bellingham, or someone else?
